Biography

I am a sculptor and medical artist who works in wax, wood and silicone rubber animatronics with a special interest in anatomy and dissection, history of science and the relationship between artists and the medical profession.

I am currently researching notions of anatomy amongst animist tribal peoples of Oceania. I am artist in residence at the Gordon Museum of Pathology at Guy's Hospital and work with international groups developing a network of art, science and morbid projects and exhibitions.

On the MA Art and Science course I will be teaching, lecturing and conducting seminars.
